Honest by design
It tells every caller it is an AI.
The first thing it says is your business name, that it is an AI assistant, and that the call may be recorded. That cannot be switched off, on any account, for any customer.
It never takes card details over the phone — if something needs paying for, it sends a payment link by text instead.
