Terms
Terms
Last updated 2 September 2026.
These are the terms on which [COMPANY NAME] provides Ansa. They are written plainly on purpose.
The service
We answer calls forwarded to a telephone number we provide, on your behalf, using an automated assistant configured from information you give us. We book appointments, take messages and transfer calls according to that configuration.
What you pay
- £69 per month plus VAT, billed monthly in advance from the day you start.
- 500 calls are included each month. Calls beyond that are charged at £0.15 each.
- Additional forwarded lines are £5 per month each plus VAT.
Cancelling
There is no contract term. Cancel at any time and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Your own telephone number is never transferred to us unless you specifically ask, so cancelling means changing your call forwarding back.
Your responsibilities
- The information you give us about your business — prices, services, hours — must be accurate. The assistant repeats what you tell it.
- You must be entitled to divert the telephone line you forward to us.
- You remain responsible for the appointments you accept and the work you carry out.
Availability
We aim to answer every call, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If the assistant is unavailable, calls fall through to your own voicemail, so callers are never left with nothing.
Liability
We are responsible for handling your calls with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for business you would not have won anyway, for a caller's own mistakes, or for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our total liability in any month is limited to the fees you paid us in that month.
Changing these terms
We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price or these terms. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
